The redemption process was painless and the connector arrived in a neat little bag, ready to plug in. It’s a small reward, sure, but it fits snugly and does exactly what a USB connector should. A nice little perk for being a loyal customer.
Redeeming points for a tiny accessory felt a bit silly, but the connector itself is solid and clicks in firmly. It's a nice little freebie for anyone sitting on a pile of points.
Redeemed my points for this and it's exactly what I needed—the compact 1x2 layout fits perfectly behind my desk without taking up space. Took a couple days to arrive but for a freebie, the connection feels solid and snug.
